All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, subject to stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your tracking details.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Most products follow our general returns
policy below, though some items have specific conditions — please read the relevant sections carefully.
You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. This is your statutory cancellation right and is always protected.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended returns window of 30 days from receipt, provided the item is in unused and undamaged condition.

Items such as large Crash Mats, Floor Cushions, Bean Bags, and Rattan Seating Pads & Cushions are costly to ship and can be expensive and difficult to return. We strongly recommend the following before placing your order:
Your statutory rights are not affected, however we reserve the right to charge return shipping costs for these items.
Custom made items cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is due to a fault on our part (e.g. damage, defect, or incorrect sizing).
