3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. While we may display prices in other currencies for convenience, the final charge will always be made in £ Sterling.
Please note that additional taxes or import duties may apply to international orders, depending on your location.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order on our site, you are entering into a contract with us governed by these Terms. We accept payment through all major payment methods. EU consumers benefit from additional protections under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
5. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
UK and EU customers have the statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us with a clear written statement of your decision to cancel. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to territories across the UK and Western Europe. For full details of delivery destinations, timescales, and any applicable surcharges, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply to international orders depending on your location and local jurisdiction.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy goes beyond the statutory minimum:
- Statutory right: 14 days to cancel from receipt of goods (UK & EU)
- Our extended policy: 30 days from receipt for most items

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of Kositek Ltd and is protected under UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
9. Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
- UK customers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- EU customers retain all rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
10. International Sales
We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and, for EU customers, the EU Distance Selling Regulations. We also aim to comply with applicable local laws in customer jurisdictions where relevant. Please note that international orders may be subject to import restrictions depending on your country.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so we can work to resolve it.
