We're a member of 1% For the Planet, with 1% of our annual revenue going towards supporting community projects. We also collaborate with those who share our values in order to create employment opportunities, supporting under-resourced communities, and ensuring fair compensation for craft and creativity.
CONSCIOUS STORYTELLING
We use our social media platforms to document helpful patterns, teach critical thinking skills, amplify marginalized voices, and create optimistic explainers to help educate through data-rich research and authentic representation.

We facilitate hands-on learning experiences that bring communities together in order to build bridges of connection through shared creativity and education.

We create products that actually work for how people already live, giving a priortiy to sensory needs and neurodivergent-friendly features.

Our "Field Notes" series is rooted in research-driven storytelling documenting the patterns, systems, and cultural forces shaping the next generation woven together through data, archetypal analysis, and community voices.
What's our research approach?
We sit at the intersection of cultural anthropology, data journalism, systems analysis, and archetypal psychology. By asking what patterns appear across contexts and how they affect the next generation, we can see how in different scenarios we can still flourish.
+How do we ensure accuracy?
We prioritize primary sources like government statistics, peer-reviewed research, and original datasets. Every factual claim is cited in our substack whilst also acknowledging limitations in our analysis. We do our best to distinguish data from interpretation and correct errors transparently when they occur :)
+What is the 12 Archetypes Framework?
Our inspiration comes from the 12 universal archetypes; recurring patterns of human experience found across cultures and psychology (Dreamer, Classics, Valiant, Maverick, Enigma, Heritage, Creative, Nomad, Muse, Collective, Whimsy, Sapient). This framework provides a non-pathologizing way to understand & celebrate human diversity, recognizing multiple valid ways of being rather than labeling differences as deficits.
